In his role with BMA as General Manager-Ports, Russell Grech was responsible for managing the coal supply chain from the mine to the customer. He was instrumental in improving the efficiency of the interfaces at the terminal and the internal processes. These activities included the removal of duplicated processes and the capture of synergies from other stakeholders in the supply chain.
